Power to the people.

The number of “People + Fans” in an area. This will determine the number of people and fans in the area.

Population Stars	Population
1	10,000
2	100,000
3	1,000,000

Note that both Fanbase and Wealth affect a percentage of the Population. This means that each of those stats will benefit form a high Population stat.
